WELCOME

I’m excited to welcome you to my brand new training space. After years of helping Clients grow stronger, healthier and more confident from a small private garage, I’ve officially moved into a fully equipped local gym, Springfield Community Campus. This upgrade means more room to move, more tools to train with and more opportunities to take your fitness to the next level.

Along with 1:1 Personal Training, from 2026, Im proud to introduce Small Group Personal Training - a new service designed to give you all the attention of personalised coaching with the added motivation, energy and accountability of training alongside others. These sessions are kept intentionally small so you still receive individual guidance while enjoying the fun and supportive group atmosphere.

Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, improve mobility, or simply feel better in your day-to-day life, Im here to guide you with personalised programs, expert coaching, and a welcoming environment where every session is tailored to your needs.

This new space represents growth - not just for my business, but for every Client who walks through the door. I love nothing more than seeing Clients experience what’s possible with the right equipment, the right guidance and the right mindset.

As a mum of three, I understand the challenges women face not only in returning to fitness after pregnancy, but also the ongoing demands placed on our bodies throughout our children's lives.  By living an active, mindful and present life, I find it easier to face these challenges on a daily basis and can help you find your inner strength to do the same.

Whether you join my Pilates sessions, or meet me for 1-2-1 to Focus On You, you will become a member of my community. You'll have the opportunity to connect with, learn from, and encourage others on their journey - and make some incredible friends along the way.
