My journey in the fitness industry began with a successful local bootcamp in Corsham, where I empowered individuals to achieve their fitness goals from 2019 to 2023.
As I've evolved personally and professionally, so has my business. Recognizing the incredible benefits of Pilates in my own life, particularly in managing chronic pain, I couldn't ignore the synergies it brings to overall fitness. It's with great enthusiasm that I now incorporate Pilates into my offering.

I am Mum to 3 amazing children and understand first hand the highs and lows that raising children, and the mental and physical effects this can bring. Add in trying to maintain a level of fitness, a balanced mind (and your children's), and the day job, and friends and family, the dog...

I am a beneficiary to the positive effects of strength training and am so fortunate to witness it happening in others - the best part of my job.
