Focus On You

Join me on a 1-2-1 basis at my gym or your house, for a regular wellness and workout session. We'll talk about what you want to achieve, and how we can achieve it together. We'll cover exercise, diet, and other lifestyle factors to create an holistic plan just for you.

Pilates

Experience the transformative power of Pilates with Laura.

​

Complementing strength training, Pilates enhances flexibility, core strength, and overall fitness, while promoting alignment and mind-body connection. Join me at the award-winning Precision Pilates studio or in the welcoming community of Box, Wiltshire at the Pavillion.

​

I offer classes on a Friday lunchtime at 1.30pm and booking can be made for this class on my website.

​

In addition to the above class, I teach on Monday and Friday, both at 9AM. Booking for these 2 classes are through Precision Pilates Studio.

​

All of my classes are held in The Pavillion, Box.
